This business is built to provide professional, honest and reasonable HVAC services and installations to residents of the West Pasco and Mid to North Pinellas County.

Nat has worked in the HVAC industry since 1988 working for both Heinz Air Conditioning and Bill Fix Air Conditioning until they retired.

Code 3 Air Conditioning & Heating LLC was started in 2018 by Nat Medlin who is a current law enforcement officer in the Tampa Bay Area.

We also give discounts for first responders!
